Organisation tips

Good evening everyone!

Smile, please, because weekend has just started! :)
So we all should relax on this Friday evening, but for those who still do unfinished work and feel stressed about it I have special organisation tips.
Also for all of you I'd like to present my personal „survivals”, hope they will work if you want to try them someday too.
Anyway.




I'm well-organised person but alwyas absent-minded. How is it possible?
Well, if you have a lot of things to do and you think about them all the time but still can put them into a quite logical contents, you see, that's the thing.
Of course we can't find time for everything we would love to do. Playing in a band or embroidery takes time which we don't have in enough amount, beacuse to live normally we work or study and that's part of our present and future too. We have to accept it, because if we don't do that, we will never find our free moments happy and special. Same is with health – most people don't appreciate it until they lose it.

Let's come back to the „tip” list. In the previous year it looked differently, but that one is preorganised in very positive for me way, so complete.

  1. Don't work after working.
Sounds strange, but that's truth. If you come back from work/school and you feel you just need sleeping DON'T force yourself to any kind of „unpleasant” or compulsory work. You will waste you time completely then, because this work will be NON-EFFECTIVE.

Exemplary activites during „the break”

But what you can do during this „brake”? You shouldn't lay on sofa or bed. Believe me. (You can of course do 1/0,5 hour nap, but this is just for people who can sleep in the day)
It will just make you sleepier and lazier. So stand up and there are few options for this 1 hour (or maximum 1,5h) :
  • listen to energetic/favorite music
  • take some exercises (you work out, you get slimer, you don't waste time, 3in1!)
  • dance!!! (that's my top one, totally reloading!)
  • do some yoga (you will get more than you even know, read about some yoga profits here: Helath Benefits of Yoga 
  • write something (writing is a fantastic therapy, write „creative writing challenges” on Net and just choose one!)
  • spend time with your family (maybe later you will be too busy?)
  • prepare a helathy coctail and drink it (new energy, here you are!)
  • go for a walk (take a dog, it will be the happiest, friesh air makes well too)
  • do anything what make you happy, even for this 1 hour – all you want
BUT DON'T LET YOUR BODY LAY WITHOUT A POINT ON THE BED!
                                                  WIN THIS FIGHT.

2. Stay tidy enough

Okay, when you're relaxed, more or less, you can start working again, if you have to.
Firstly don't make a lot of mess in your work's place. Yes, Einstein said that the plain desk represents lack of imagination, and it's something in it, but too many things can distract you a lot. If you want turn on some calm music quietly, it helps for some. 
(Celtic Irish Music, that's calmier or energetic, I recommend you it a lot!)

  1. Break the scheme

You can learn things in very different ways. I will tell you about mine. I always say about what I'm learning aloud. I usually organise kind of „lecture” (who cares that for myself) and it not only helps me with remembering the material but also exercises my oratory.
I also try to create some stories (evidence>>>effect) for more complicating things.

  1. If you can, do 2in1

Sometimes you have got a lot of another things/dues to do, not only studying and paper work. I almost always cook and repeat something at the same time. Once I stick few pages on my wall in the kitchen and during breaks of cooking.
I was repeating that/even singing. So mix up 2 activities just if you feel enough ready to!

  1. If you have something to do tomorrow, do it today
That's quite crazy tip, but very useful. You will just relieve yourself later.

  1. If you feel it doesn't make any sense, IT REALLY DOESN'T.
LEAVE IT OUT.

Sometimes you need stop and if it's not the matter of life and death just leave it out.
You live only once, you can't still learn/work and be tired. Life is about fun too.
  1. Find 15 minutes JUST for yourself

It's a tip more for women I think. Take a longer shower then. Do yoga. Put a mask on face. Do the nails. Take care of your body.Or just listen to your favorite music. Everyone needs to be alone sometimes and it's very important to remember about your needs at least for 15 minutes EVERY DAY too.

9.  Spontaneous  idea? Nothing better, take it.                                                                                                                                                                            
Seriously. You will see effect during realising this idea, but also far later.

  1. Sticky notes! 
A lot of them! Buy a very cheap cork board and some colourful sticky notes. You won't forget about anything. You won't feel stressed. You will be able to relax PROPERLY so.

I hope that some of these tips can help you, if you're suffering from „mess of the life”.
I wish I had more spare time, but I keep working on finding it. Weekend is starting now, so 2 days (and one Friday evening) for something special. 
More hobby, more relax, more books, more movies, more family&friends which causes: more motivation, more determination, more joy, more calm, more comfort, more chances for noticing short, great moments of our lives. More real life.

So for the weekend an accent of my musical passion :) :
The Blues Brothers, Aretha Franklin, „Think” and … FREEDOM! ! !
