Just wanted to thank you so much for your support, being here so patient for me and your general presence. You're totally awesome!

What I also had to share was the feeling of the every year's melancholia which has just surrounded me now, as I found and read for the first time this very today poem by Charles Bukowski.

It tells more than it could be described how the New Year's Eve feels like.

I would like to leave you with this strong reflection below but also encourage you to get enough joy and positism this evening. It's all about the balance.

Maybe we're sometimes too afraid of things because we don't really know them. But look. Isn't it also exciting? 365 days of a new adventure? Challenges, new people, changes!

Something tells me it'll be extraordinary time. No exaggeration, honestly.

Dinner with candles company. Honestly, I should do it more often.

Short before I sat to write this post, the electricity, due to crazy winds dancing outside, had been cut away from the whole area. 

Actually, I've found myself very calm with that revelation and just closed the glowing screen of my laptop and slowly switched to looking for some melancholic candles. That hour of darkness, perfectly shows how to understand better the phenomenon of Smonday feeling and how to deal with it. 

Firstly, for all you who hadn't heard this word before - Smonday works lively in an English language everydaying (as that -ing form I've made so correct, but so needed on my page) and has even own dictionary definition. 

It can be described as the period of time (and emotions) a human struggles with between Sunday and Monday as you can guess. It's also said that Smonday involves bigger intake of caffeine than for regular people and less amount of sleep. What I found especially interesting was the fact, that the phenomenon can occur mostly for the employees in the businness field of work as well as for college students. (Here, I would look for a little bit different interpretation, let's say more party-involving explanaition for the sleepless nights of poor students, but you cannot argue with the dictionary, right?)

However, I believe that besides the above psychological essay about Smonday, everyone knows what I'm now talking about. Like, each of us should easily recall one moment in life when during Sunday afternoon or evening, the Rush of Work was laughing and teasing us with a company of Lady Frustration whose loud knocking at our Door of Time was becoming pretty pissing off. These two feelings actually break the rule of classic relaxing Sunday idea, interrupt our relationships and even cause some under-eye bags. 

But, hey, IT IS possible to organise your time so you could do less for one day of the week!
I would love to emphasise the phrase do less, as doing nothing cannot match this kind of rests time. Of course, doing nothing hasn't got particular definition, but in my modest opinion, acting like a couch potato whole day is more like vegetation, not real relax we all seek to. 

Sunday was made to feel us better. To make life easier. We feel the hurry of the World, we try hard to not to fall behind in our lives. 

Yes, you can live from weekend to weekend. It is, indeed a perfect occasion to stop for a moment, to talk with the beloved ones, to read a book, stretch up a bit, get some warm cocoa... but weekend doesn't delete other 5 days of your week, remember that! 

But imagine, there are people who, more or less aware of that, delete Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (just in case you're in the group and forgot how the days are named), Thursday and Friday. They're so bombed with the frustrating feeling of Smonday. Then, they don't even have a rest they've been waiting for so hard. T r a g e d y. 

I just wanted you to consider whether you've faced, an how many times, such tragedies in your lives. Of course, we're only humans and I also sometimes remind myself about the undone work at 23:59 on Sunday. 

The key is to organise your time in that own, creative way to fight the Smonday feeling effectively. To barely forgot about it. 

That hour of darkness I've had today let me encourage myself to spend the rest of the evening more pleasantly, more slowly. 

It appears, so, sometimes darkness can enlighten us. 

(God, but please don't make me blind at those very moments.)

Do you feel it? The Christmas. But generally THE December?



I find it one of the most favorite periods of the year, which can be defined as the exciting Noel preparation process, snowing glory oh-ahs and of course a lot of sweets and other cheat meals which are in my opinion totally allowed at this time for it's the most wonderful time of the year!

Surely, some of you may have an impression that the whole Christmas and giving presents idea seems to getting a bit overrated now. The media and shops attack us with the special promotions of the products which actually we don't need. We're made to hurry due to general hurry of the crowd because everyone must be done on time with each detail - from elegant sent of e-cards to the toilet paper in the snowman pattern. Do I exaggerate? Judge it by yourselves.

Personally, I'm still into the sheer December atmosphere more than facing the company of the surrounding commerce. The kindness, love, cold of dancing snowflakes, warmth of the fireplace at home and a lot of hot cinnamon-vanilla cocoa. That's my way for Christmas.

And of course the people. The whole world gets so quickly beautiful and simple when it comes to Santa Claus Day. In my case, the idea changed into the whole week celebration, but it's not too much. It's turned out to be so rewarding.

That what I wrote above firstly seems to be the main topic of this post, but actually I would like to focus on the specific phenomena in everyday human relationships. It has appeared in my environment at the beginning of the last year but yesterday, on the 6th December, got some more spotlight at last.

You see (I think you know what i mean), it happens in life that people slip by. 

(I like rhym making, but let's get to the baking)

This year I decided to prepare some small cocoa-self make sets for my friends and closer people. (Closer word here is kind of important, keep it in your minds.)

I added some drawings on it, anyway... I was done at last and happy went to my bed and was ready for the following Santa day. But when I started to think about the lovely, good humans which surround me - and, Lord, I'm so lucky to have a lot of them in my life - there was one girl,  a classmate, who didn't let me sleep. Why I didn't include her in the list? She's wise, amazing listener and talker, gifted and inspiring person. Why did she slip by again?

So I woke up at that night, prepared one more cocoa set and the other day simply gave it to her as well. I totally wasn't expecting such honest and rewarding reaction. Her eyes were glassed, she said the hug is not enough to show her gratitude to me and as fast as she comes to her house, she's going to prepare something for me as well. 

I've never rejected her as a person, but also didn't classify her as someone closer.

But, hey, who are the close people? Sometimes, it's immediate that you find a soulmate you could talk for ages. And this girl, she's one of these people. I didn't get to know her as much as I would like to, but I was struck that I should, since she's such a worthy, amazing human. I didn't see that, because our contact didn't develop. We didn't give the chance to meet each other better, but yesterday became kind of a second chance.

Because, when you look at the other human's soul not once, but twice or many times again it may seem he or she is the one who just cannot slip by from your life. That you need each other and want to take care of your relationship. 

And my feelings led by intuition went fully complete when today she brought, as a late-Santa gift, the gingerbreads she baked by herself. She told me, though, that some part of them she burnt totally so she must have added some ready-ones to the package but she hoped other kinds of cookies would taste good as well.

Can you believe that? I've discovered another Santa Claus I've been actually knowing for almost one year actually. How does it happen to say aloha to someone from the totally different perspective once again?

I don't know, but I definitely would love to say more alohas like that in my life.
Sometimes, I am, we are, just a bit too busy, a little blind.
And in December, in the whole Christmas magic we're given, some more light and that, hopefully, may help us to be better and meet people better.

Just let this light in your hearts and minds. (Places like this on the photo are inspiring for searching it. Recommended.)

first attempt in quenya writing

I've not appeared here as should be normally, but you will find the reason of this delay hopefully in the short column below I've prepared.

I'm sure you're familiar enough with the Raffaello sweets advertisement. That small, coconut ball is one of the most dangerous things at my home if present. (I preempt it, avoiding purchase from the local shop, of course)

The slogan comes with the smooth statement: expresses more than thousand words! Yes! One coconut, creamy ball? Imagine!?

Same comparison is used relating to the pictures. Just remind yourself about recent news you've came through. The photograph let you create own opinion even better than the words of the article hidden above the image. (The next thing is, many of people read usually headlines alone nowadays)

When we share our emotions with the help of pervasive Wi-Fi connection it is common to find that loosing time for writing goes simply abstract, there are emoji to be sent in an easier way, right?
Have you discovered how many have already been created, for any occasion?

I am travelling by tram. I feel confused and ashamed. For my supper I'm having Japanese miso soup. 

(There are more and more of them and I'm really curious when exactly we'll reach the moment of major coming back to the picture writing known in the ancient times)

So the images are growing in numbers, the information flow is continued, why then words should be worth taking care about so much? Good talk is also about the silence, we've all heard it. It comes as a difficult skill to work out, but let's remember there is still a free room for the letters welded together.

The word is assumed to become the heart of communication. I would love to add some more, however, to make words really worthwhile, we should really want to say either write them.

Also, we ought to look for and find the true sense in the words, making them the messages. Their content - the essence of the language. This fact seems banal, but in my small opinion, still keeps not enough appreciated. (That's why I believe speaking or writing coming as random throwing from the mouth either fingers is precious to change into gold silence).

How big change it can bring to someone's life if we tell them we love them.

How simple is to show our care of somebody, when we call them asking three, small words: How are you?

This is that simple to express our gratefulness to send thank you text to the person we already thanked before.

Behind this wayward keyboard, I'm pleading for taking care of words more precisely.
Let's fill them with true emotions and worth so they could stay in our memory and survive among the mass of others, blank and empty around us.

Maybe afterwards Everything will seem a bit of easier?

The week has gone so fast, hasn't it? How was your start? I hope the everyday tempo hasn't got too crazy so far (and I deeply hope it won't throughout the working time never so).

...

I remember well the first meeting of my new class, as we approached the park centre, barely having any contacts shared. Imagine, one of my actual best friends, who got late a little bit there, haven't caught my attention at all. Now I feel I know most of her mimics and reactions, as she seemed so gray in the crowd now her uniqueness flows out around -  so you never know how big surprises people become. 

Next example, who actually inspired the whole post and even colour edit of the main photo is a very lovely Welsh man, Iwan Rheon. Do you know him? Like, do you recognise this probably most pathological character from the Game of Thrones series? Sweet Ramsay, yup.

There you go. Last Saturday Youtube suggested me what is the exact video I should run on (which is at the same helpful and scary, but about that situation in the another post). It was Rheon's debut album, Dinard, from 2015 I haven't come along so far. Late evening, so I didn't connect the name or an album cover to the actor (God only knows where my glasses were at the time) - I just lied down comfortably and turned the tunes. And... I... fell in love! Whoa!

It's been the perfect relax I needed at that evening, for the album is mainly constructed of the guitar background and soft leading voice (however, the Tongue Tied will blown your heart with energy!).From Saturday I've been listening to this show-business-modest piece of music and I can't stop but still relate the artist to the look he shows on the series. It's got better by now, but that's one of the most unfair things in the world of artists - the image sticked to them in your head for a long long time. Like, Frodo will always be Frodo and who would remember the real name of Daniel Radcliffe...? (don't ya worry, Daniel I do, you even did some plays, I know it as well)

And it led to the today's post reflections, the way we create perceptions about people, how unfair they may become. One point should be definitely highlighted - you want it or not, if you meet a new person your brain becomes an individual philosopher and very quickly creates the first impression of that human. Sometimes it can be true, but let's say - you don't know it yet. Are you agree with that action? Would you rather stop it?

I've observed we quite cannot do it. However, we decide what's happening next - what kind of quality of hearing we show while talking to the person, how much we do our bests to act with respect and kindness... or how much we get interested of the other actions the human takes which tell a lot about its identity and personality (I'm looking at you, you talented Iwan!)

If you start with everyone, the same normal way, which doesn't propel in the extremes you may get very nicely surprised! Yes! Isn't it fascinating experience? The discoveries? Live!?

I personally stick to the following the same way rules:

• don't try to get to know the person before you really meet - opinions are very subjective source of information
• stop focusing on the appearance details - I'm stressing the word details, as the style, face can tell you a lot about the human's character, but imperfectly shaped eyebrows - not really
• don't ask too many personal questions, e.g. about family - if one will see in you a trustful listener, the one tells you by oneself 
• if you like the talk, take the action - they say everyday life shows how we really are, so go cooking together, organise a trip or something if you feel you want this person around for the nearest future (and then, maybe longer) 

That's how I see it. I've been getting to know so many people in my life recently that I just had to think about it deeper way. The results of the above tips I might say are working positively - as I walk through the town, I see a lot of familiar faces who say or respond for hello - it really makes the days of everyday human being.

I encourage you to rethink this seemly banal topic again as you also meet a lot of the new people (who cares, even if you won't meet some of them the second time!), just notice the fact.

And, like during listening to the Rhodd song, which is in Welsh and I don't understand the verse, I'm saying: let's try focus on the main message, not the complicated words. I've read the very interesting article about language differences today and it seems every language creates a bit various image of the world.

Why don't we use the universal one, then? Having bigger chance to meet people - surprises, then?

Respect, help and smile. I guess we should deal with these three :)

7/08/16 / Sunday/ 6.30 a.m.

...

She opened her tired eyes, but the sun struck her with a fresh light so they immediately went wider. Not wanting to wake him up, she rolled out of the bed quietly and wore her cheap flip-flops. She didn't care much about her look, the meeting with mirror has been set for another, different occasion.

As she went out, without any phone, just carrying a small towel she genuinely felt that it was very early morning. Cold spread around her firmly, but she didn't want to come back and wear something more than the pajamas she had on. That was the key - to get through that cold by herself.

The market had been sleeping yet, drops of the dew welcomed the town benches saying that you'd need to wait if wanted to sit on your luxury-attached bottoms.

She went down the promenade, the wind has tugged her but nothing had changed. She was walking to the certain point and nor the cold neither the homeless people laying on the way could stop her.


I felt I would stay just a little on the promenade bench, meditating, breathing and generally filling myself with the beauty of that cold morning as I heard the strong ripple.

The owners of the moored boats took their head out of the water flats. Their subculture day plan predicted sleeping time at that very moment, so they were too all over the shop to react and came back to their tiny bedrooms.

I didn't see her for a while, she must have dived for longer under the water and as I started to worry she went out on the ground. The water must have been freezing cold, despite the fact it was the summer.

- Aren't you cold? - I asked spontaneously.
- No - she replied but her body denied it, trembling hard.

A few seconds of silence broken only by the screaming ducks was that moment I saw the story in her eyes to tell now, here in this post. But she added something more.

- It's the catharsis, you know. The cold water. I need that as everyone does - and then she left, leaving me sitting longer than I planned to on the old bench.

I couldn't help thinking about that whole situation, agreeing that the act of clarity is truly needed. The thoughts which are difficult, the world which is intrusive... it's not easy to stop yourself for a while in our times, huh?

So I sat firmly once again and breathed in-out very deeply. The cold touched me even stronger but I smiled. It seems, the wind was my catharsis at that very special moment. Do you remember yours?
